Legal advice is available 24/7/365. Most law offices and attorneys are available during standard, business hours, but life happens outside of the time between Monday-Friday 9-5. Costs
Costs vary depending on the type of case. Most cases will start with an initial, refundable retainer. The retainer is based upon an estimate for the services and will not be the full fee. The retainer will be credited against the overall fee. It is not possible to estimate the total time that will be required to represent on the legal matter. Legal fees are based upon hourly charges per hour. Costs will be discussed up front before any work is completed or any invoice is sent.
